Artist statement on the painting: At the edge of the forest, where sunlight highlights bright fall colours, there is always a mystery that beckons me to explore into the dark unknown. So alluring is this dichotomy at the edge of light that I am painting a series on "The Magical Edge" and this is the 3rd.
